Lanahan & Reilley's Health Care Practice Group has become increasingly important in
recent years as issues having an effect on health care enterprises have become national
in scope and the laws and regulations having an impact on these enterprises have become
more and more sophisticated.
The Health Care Practice Group advises our health care clients on
a broad spectrum of issues unique to the health care industry, such
as the development and growth of integrated delivery systems, managed
care organizations, medical group formation and restructuring, capitation
contracting, anti-trust issues, mergers and acquisitions, fraud
and abuse, Medicare and other reimbursement regulations, and service
contracts with providers and joint ventures. The Health Care Practice
Group interacts with all other departments within the Firm, including
our Tax, Litigation, Corporate, Real Estate and Labor Groups.
The Health Care Practice Group represents physicians and physician
groups, physician practice management companies, providers of alternative
and complementary care, providers of mental health services, telemedicine
ventures and management services organizations.
