Michael Brook is a member of the Lanahan & Reilley Mortgage Banking Group and also specializes in complex civil litigation, including real estate, securities and commercial disputes.
With fifteen years experience in California and Federal courts throughout the United States, Mr. Brook has broad experience in all phases of litigation. He also extensively utilizes pre-litigation Loss Mitigation, and alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Mr. Brook is equally comfortable assisting an individual private client as a large financial institution or international business.
Mr. Brook has been named as a "Super Lawyers" for Northern California by Northern California Super Lawyers® magazine in both 2007 and 2008.
